Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website at mntsolutions.ca or downloading and using any of our iOS applications available on the Apple App Store, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors to our website and users of our mobile applications.

Use of Our Services

• Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years of old to use our services. By accessing our website or apps, You confirm that You meet this age requirement.
• Account Creation: Certain features with our iOS apps may require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information whne doing so and are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of that information.
• Prohibited Activities: You agree not to misuse our services in any way, including but not limited to:

1. Attempting unauthorized access to or use of our systems or infrastructure.
2. Transmitting malicious code, viruses, or engaging in activities that disrupt or interfere with our services.
3. Violating any applicable local, provincial, national, or international laws or regulations.
4. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to derive the source code of our applications.

Privacy and Data Collection

We collect and process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such collection and processing.

• Email Addresses: We may collect email addresses voluntarily provided by users during the in-app onboarding process. This information is used solely to deliver app functionality and related support communications.
• No Third-Party Advertising: We do not display third-party advertisements in our apps and do not share your data with ad networks or analytics providers.
• Apps Without Accounts: Some of our apps do not require account creation and collect no personal data. For these apps, account management and data deletion requests are not applicable.

Subscription and Refund Policy

All MNT Solutions iOS applications are distributed exclusively through the Apple App Store. Subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed entirely through Apple and are subject to Apple's payment terms and conditions.

• Refund Requests: Refund requests must be submitted directly through Apple. We do not process refunds independently. To request a refund, please visit reportaproblem.apple.com or follow Apple's official refund procedures.
• Subscription Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; access continues until then.
• Non-Refundable Periods: Prior subscription periods during which you had full access to paid features are generally not eligible for refunds, as the services were made available during that time.

Consent to Share Consumption Data with Apple

By using our apps and making in-app purchases, you consent to our sharing of usage and consumption data with Apple where necessary to assist in the evaluation of refund requests. This data may include details about how you have accessed and used purchased content. Such sharing is conducted in compliance with Apple's policies and only to the extent required to process your request.

User-Generated Content

Where our apps permit you to submit content (such as feedback or support messages), you retain ownership of any intellectual property rights in that content. By submitting content, you grant MNT Solutions Inc a limited, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use and process that content solely as necessary to provide and improve our services.

You are solely responsible for any content you submit and must ensure it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, design elements, logos, trademarks, and software within our website and iOS applications are the intellectual property of MNT Solutions Inc unless otherwise noted. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any of our materials without prior written consent.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and iOS applications are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MNT Solutions Inc shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, our website or iOS applications.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data.
• Any errors, interruptions, or delays in service.
• Actions or content provided by third-party services, including Apple or any integrated platform.

Governing Law
